Your SQL*Net configuration on VMS server is incorrect.
1) Make sure you have SQLNET SIDMAP TQM = <full path for ORAUSER.COM> in
   CONFIG.ORA on VMS.
2) VMS account HYU has LOG_IO as default privilege
3) The ORAUSER.COM mentioned above is readable to HYU, and also directory
   pointed to by the logical ORA_TCP_HOME is writeable for the same user.
4) In your connect string on Mac, use the SID name in upper case (or change
   TQM in (1) to lower case.
