We've used a 386SX-16 for software presentations. I don't recommend it
for development. The minumum configuration for development should be
386DX-25 with 8Meg RAM and a 200Meg Hard drive. You'll need about
65 Meg just to install V6. Then add the database files and you'll go
over 100 Meg quickly. You can run with 4 Meg RAM, but I don't think
Report Writer works with less than 5 Meg. The more RAM you have the
better. I am running on a 486-33 with 8Meg RAM and a 340Meg SCSI drive.
I wish I had about 8 Meg more RAM. I had a 386-25 when I first started
with a 386-25 math coprocessor. It worked fine. Good Luck! Jim...
