Tables/Columns used by programs

        I am sorry if this question has been posted previously.

        Does anyone have a program(s) that allows us to get the tables and columns used by programs ( ie: .inp, .pc etc ... ) and places the details into an oracle table.

        The purpose of storing this information is to see which programs have to be investigated prior to a database change.
