From what I've been told, the little techno-wizards at Oracle are busily working on SQL*Forms V.4. Supposedly that version will also have a Windows interface. We are currently running the Oracle Financials here and I was told that it would eventually be availble for Windows -- that is, once they get a Windows-version of Application Foundation. Supposedly that is in the works already since they are re-writing AF for use with Forms 4. Naturally this information being from Oracle, there are no dates available on when any of this stuff might come to market -- at least, that's been my experience with the folks I've worked with. For example, do any of you know the actual release date for V.7 of the database? Or maybe, a release date for MPL V.9 Financials?

Oh well, just my $.02. I still like Oracle/SQL. I have to say: it sure beats the h**l outta COBOL. :)
