Yes/No/Cancel Packages

Is there an SQL*FORMS package for generic YES/NO/CANCEL dialog box ?
For example, when you press Escape or Delete key, SQL*FORMS will usually pop-up a dialog box asking you to confirm your selection.
If there isn't a ready-to-use package, how difficult is it to make one ?
