I keep my undies on, if you don't mind. But when I go to this link, I see a [Quoted] [Quoted] Windows Install and a Base Install. Base Install is for all platforms. http://download.oracle.com/otn/java/jdeveloper/10134/jdevstudiobase10134.zip
