Maybe if you tell what iCASE stands for? Designer is an upper- and lower case tool, meaning you can design from a very high perspective (Business rules, Functions, Entities) all the way down to the technical implementation (code generation).

Some people may call that Integrated CASE (if that s what the i stands for)
