Designer 9i doesn't show partitioning

Did I do something wrong? I installed a Designer 9i repository and I can't see any options under the DB Admin for partitioning. I installed it with the Enterprise Edition so I could practice some designing with it. Received on Tue Jun 10 2008 - 01:31:58 CEST
