Aaaargh, all these versions.... indeed emctl is not there in 10.1.3... but it will be (it is) in 10.1.4.... right?

BTW (off topic) ever succeeded in adding a 10.1.3 midtier in a10.1.4 (infra)/10.1.2(midtier) farm?
