I'd rather see the output of
opmnctl status -l

Did you install your em control in the (default) home container, or did you type in a new name? If the latter - that container must be started before you can manage the server (sounds logical, eh? oracle really blundered with this version!).
As you have no management tool (yet), you *must* do that from the command line, using opmnctl.
