Oracle portal web provider

Hi,
we use the Oracle portal. We can access to our company database with simple portlets, wich work with an web provider.
Now our company database has changed to a new database release, on a new server too. The portal works fine as ago, but without our db portlets :-(
How can I change the web provider configuration for the database access?
