RDA or RDA/OCM

I'm not expecting a "best practices", but really was wondering just how others saw this. My feeling is that, long term, OCM is going to be what Oracle wants, though it may never be that stark. I had been planning to install RDA, but started looking over the OCM stuff as well. This is hardly a major issue, though it may become one here with time. thanks for your thoughts on this,
