Discoverer (9.0.4.43.15) summary management

I'm using Discoverer Administrator (9.0.4.43.15) and the version of the database is Oracle 9.2.0.1.0 . I have some problems when i'm cretaing summary folders....
I've set all the settings for summary
procesing, like job_queue_processes = 10, and I've granted all the needed
privileges required to create summary folders. When I'm traing to create a
summary from the items in the End User Layer, i'm geting the following error:
......Database Error - ORA-06550: line 4, column 9: PLS-00302:
component
'EUL5_SRSUMMARY105960' must be declared ORA-06550: line 4, column 1: PL/SQL Statement ignored.....

...after this the summary folder is created, but is marked as
(Unusable), if you
try to refresh the folder you get the same message
...when i check in the database the packages EUL5_CSUMMARY105960,
EUL5_SBSUMMARY105971 and EUL5_SRSUMMARY105960 have been created
and I can execute them mannualy from SQL*Plus....also in the database a
