Possible to use OID for email address books / distribution lists? Content-Type: text/plain; charset=ISO-8859-1; format=flowed

I've only recently started using OID, and so far just for names resolution to replace Onames, so my knowledge on its full capabilities is limited. I was thinking about the possibilities of using it for an email address repository of sorts, since Outlook supposedly has native support for LDAP.

Here is what I want to do: A user approached me about having a distribution list that would be dynamic, that is linked to a database somehow so that she would not have to enter these addresses more than once. We have a table in a 9i Db that has a column with email addresses, is there a way somehow to have this table (or a view of it)linked to something Outlook/Exchange could also be linked to? We are using outlook 2000 and exchange 2003.

If OID is not the tool for this, any other suggestions?
