Discoverer automate export of scheduled workbooks

I have learned how to use Discoverer's command-line to open, run and export a workbook. But I can't get it to export the current result set of a previously scheduled workbook. I can use it to open a scheduled workbook, but it always opens the original workbook and not its result set. Is there a way to address this result set?
