OP not only used material from DKB but his blog seems one big 'trashcan' full of material from others, thrown together in a fully unorganised way. I discovered material from Tom Kyte (grabbed from "AskTom") and from Jonathan Lewis a.o.
I can't imagine one of them gave permission to publicise their material, that's why I activated the "Red Flag" in Blogger's navigation bar to notify them about possible objectionable content. Furthermore, the OP doesn't seem to know much about Oracle, as he posted this same "tunning advice" to the DB2 newsgroup ...
