Q: changing colors of Forms Builder

I wonder if anyone knows (and would tell me) how to change the colour of the scroll bars in Forms builder. The grey of the scroll bar background is so similar to the grey of the scroll bar thumb that it is often hard to find the thumb. The Object Navigator window in particular is a real pain to scroll because you can't use the mouse wheel.
