Most likely you have 2 Oracle Homes. tnsnames.ora file found in your Forms6i home (ie <6i installation>\net80\admin directory) does not have a connection description to the 10g database (tnsnames in <10g installation>\network\admin). Make sure both tnsnames.ora files are the same or create environment variable TNSADMIN and specify the path to the tnsnames.ora you want to use. Received on Tue Feb 21 2006 - 05:48:01 CET
