Add the concept that management consultants don't always know what they are talking about, and they occasionally tailor management reports to the needs of the vendor^H^H^H^H^H^H^H customer paying for the reports.

(With apologies to the late Dr. Seuss) Digest that one as well, and toss in a bit of 'eggs and green ham' ...
