Sorry to say so, but I think you are wasting your time. There are already so many packages available (both commercial and free) that do include schema browers, that developing yet another one is probably more expensive than buying such a package. And as the structure of the dictionary is readily available in both the database AND the documentation, you can't expect from a volunteer forum that we are going to do your work.
