The error I got was a form error:


ORA-06502 - PL/SQL: numeric or value error



The problem is not that the ERROR_TEXT needs to be put into a variable
and then the variable put into the 'log' table.



I have tried this and this also fails.



Have you ever got ERROR_TEXT routine to give a non-blank text in a
trigger other than ON-ERROR?
