I was about to say: loose the ezconnect, ldap and whatever in
sqlnet.ora; you have just tnsnames.
And your SDU_SIZE may be too much for windows. I've seen the
Windows tcp stack choke on sizes much smaller than that.
I would bet on the default domain, or SDU_SIZE.
