There is not. Unless you mean DUL (Data Unloader), which is a
propietary tool of Oracle to unload data.
You stilll won't have anything meaningful (tablenames will be numeric
etc) and you're going to pay $$ for an analyst of OTS to visit you with
the tool.
Obviously, you could have known that all along, as the methods to back
up an Oracle database are properly documented.
