10gAS is a far superior product. There is still an inability within Oracle to grasp the concept of standardization so, for example, configuring Forms parameters is done through a very nice web interface while configuring Reports requires hand-coding XML in a window devoid of search/replace capabilities. So the initial learning curve can be quite steep without instruction.

But once installed it is a huge improvement.
