It is not an issue of how many people use your software. It is an issue of whether it is On or Off topic. The general concensus is any oracle advertising should go to the marketplace group. (IOW, your post starting this thread was Off topic).
It seems you have read these groups and posted questions and answers before, so I would have the message would be clear (both to you and others like you. thepurpose of this post is to help make good net citizens.)
