I have a existing database in EE8ISO8859P2 character set, which need to be upgraded to Unicode, the step followed is export the database first, then changing databse character set to UTF8, importing the data, now i want to to convert a mbcs string + a locale to a Unicode string.
Now anybody tell me what is the best way to achive it?
Any information provided will be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance,
