Run form 10g problem

[Quoted] [Quoted] I try to run a form with the run form option. [Quoted] The application server start up but then I get the ora -12560 Tns error in protocol adapter.

The application server does not seem to make the connection with the database.

I can connect to the database with forms and sqlplus.

I tried many of the solutions I found on the web but nothing seems to help .

I would really appreciate any help on this issue!!
