Anything submitted via OEM *always* end up on the server. If the server doesn't have a mechanism to reach a PC, or your PC doesn't have a mechanism to reach the server, you must ask whether you want to use OEM to export. OEM export simply can't export to a local PC. As far as I know, jobs don't 'disappear' and you should be capable to use OEM's job history to see what has happened. Other than that investigate the snmpd and snmpw log files on the server. OEM runs a standard cooked tcl job to export. You can find them in $ORACLE_HOME/network/agent/jobs
