[Quoted] I had this problem with TOAD 7.3. If you can you shoudl upgrade to TOAD 7.6, the approach to moving around within TOAD is much improved.
If not, try this ....
- Place cursor on TOAD (main menu) and right click.
- Select Customize >> Command Tab
- Scroll down in the left window to choose Window
- Highlight (List of Current Windows) on the right window, drag it into the (main) Windows
- Hit Close.
