If not, try this ....

  1. Place cursor on TOAD (main menu) and right click.
  2. Select Customize >> Command Tab
  3. Scroll down in the left window to choose Window
  4. Highlight (List of Current Windows) on the right window, drag it into the (main) Windows
  5. Hit Close.
