[Quoted] Before doing anything else, click on the Navigator menu option, choose Discover nodes, follow the prompts and type your node name. If that doesn't work you don't have the Intelligent Agent running. As you don't come up with any platform and/or version info (/rant Why is that so difficult for people, and everyone thinks we can look over your shoulder /end rant), it is impossible to tell you how to resolve that potential problem.
