All Oracle tools can be interacted with. But you have given us not one bit of information from which to formulate a useful answer. Start with these questions as the minimum:

1. What hardware platform and operating system?
2. What Oracle version and edition?
3. What Oracle tools or applications including version number?
4. Interact with in what way?
