We have a specific group set aside for the posting of commercial messages: SPAM.

The fact that the download is free does not excuse you from a breach of respect for those you are marketing to.

Please apologize for your spamming our usenet groups and repost your message in comp.databases.oracle.marketplace.

If you don't you can be very sure that rather than attracting customers you will have only have alienated them. We don't do business with those that don't read the FAQ and respect us. A rather modest and reasonable request.
