The one I recommend (since I wrote it) is Advanced Query Tool at http://www.querytool.com It is more oriented towards advanced users than many other query tools.

AQT however doesn't allow you to cancel queries. You will find that many other products have a similar limitation. This is because the Oracle client doesn't have this capability, so any tool sitting on top of this can't do it either.
