Hi Rui,

The isqlplus.conf file should be included in the oracle_apache.conf file which in turn is included in httpd.conf si i guess any changes needs a restart of apache to re-read the config files. Use $ $ORACLE_HOME/Apache /Apache/bin/apachectl restart
