Oracle 8i client installation problem

Hello,

I've got a problem installing Oracle 8i client. There is a silent installation (with an *.rsp file),
most machines on the network did OK. But on some (NT, 2000) installation stops with
an error in silentInstall.log like this:

silentInstall2003-09-29_06-05-46.log
Error moving file d:\oracle\ora81\bin\orancrypt8.dll to d:\oracle\ora81\bin\orancrypt8.dll.bak.
Error moving file d:\oracle\ora81\bin\orancrypt8d.dll to d:\oracle\ora81\bin\orancrypt8.dll.

Removing Oracle files, folders and registry keys and restarting installation do not solve
the problem :-(

Could you please help me?
