Oracle Discoverer on SAP BW - codepage problem

Hi!

I have problem and question considering using Oracle Discoverer with SAP BW. System landscape:
SAP BW: SAP codepage 1404 (Slovak language, Central Europe) SAP BW runs on Oracle 8.1.7.4 EE codepage WE8DEC

Text for master data tables are inserted in Windows 1250 codepage through flat files.

Problem desc:
When trying to retrieve data using Oracle Discoverer(or simply just SQLPlus) text data are displayed incorectly. I tried to use EE8MSWIN1250 and WE8DEC codepage on client workstation always with incorect resultset.

It seems that SAP makes his own conversion of letters.

Does anybody know how to make Oracle Discoverer, or any other Oracle tool to make good conversion of codepages in this kind of system lanscape?
