6i Report field postion printer dependant

Hi,

[Quoted] A 6i report contains a field which must be exactly aligned on pre-printed stationary. Two different model HP printers are being used [Quoted] and the field is changing position (very slightly) depending on the printer selected. I'm wondering can anyone suggest what is causing this and how it might be corrected.
