FRM-91111 error using Forms6i on SuSE Linux 8.1

I am getting

I downloaded and installed the latest patch.

=> I can't find any help in that debug file.

I've already checked the Metalink Notes on this error, but could no find any [Quoted] [Quoted] other hints, that helped solve the problem.

Please Help!
