Re: ORA-06508 PL/SQL: could not find program unit being called from form

1)First you check, whether you have changed the name of the Object   Library or PL/SQl Library.

2) Verify whether the refrenced objects in the form from the .olb are

   existing in the .olb, if not you will get this error.

3) Compile the .pll and and generate .plx(by using Ctrl-T) keep both

   .pll and .plx in the same directory.
