two blocks referring same table??

Hi,
I am using Oracle Forms 6i.

multiple rows in BLOCK2, the rows in the BLOCK1 are also repeated. The sample list as follows:

BLOCK1 columns     BLOCK2 columns
LRTP34000C         LRTP11000C
LRTP34000C         LRTP22000C
LRTP34000C         LRTP34000C
LRTP34000C         LRTP34000D
LRTP34000C         LRTP34132C

I need to have only the distinct rows in BLOCK1. Can anyone help me, Please?
