Calling Portal Form from Discoverer

Is it possible to call an Oracle's Portal form from a Discoverer Report ?
I have a Discoverer report called through Oracle Portal, in that report I am listing out PO numbers. I want to make the PO Number a link and when the user clicks on the PO Number, a portal form should be displayed with that PO Number's detail info in it.
