its really urgent........how to use orarrp utility in oracle reports

i am using oracle 9i app server and 8i database user access reports from web browser.and for printing of report when it choose destype=printer then the reports engine use application server printer. it not used client printer. for solve this problem oracle provide orarrp utility for using client printer from web.
but i am confused that how to configure it in client and server.

i read orarrp.pdf but i am not understand it. its really urgent to solve this problem. all project work is hang due to this problem. i have spent lot of time on this issue
