migrate impromptu report to Oracle9i report?

Our company is going to migrate impromptu reports to Oracle9i reports. It will be greatly appreciated if anyone can provide us with the following information.

1). a software to convert an impromptu report to an oracle 9i report. If so, what are the name of the software and your experience of convertion?

2). If there is no such software, we have to completely re-create those reports with oracle9i report tool. Is there anybody having re-created an impromptu report to a Oracle9i report? Is there any tricks to save time during the re-creation?
