Admin Asst MMC Snap-In Doesn't Work ?

Hi,
[Quoted] I found MMC on my WinXP Home system. When adding the oracle admin snap-in to MMC, I get the following error message:

And another dialog comes up that says the Oracle Snap-In failed to initialize correctly.

Any ideas?
