Did you import the table, or just create it?

If you created the table in OWB and not in the database, then you must create the table in the database and import it, or deploy the OWB table into the database.

If you log into the target the schema, can you see the table? If you log into the OWB schema, can you see the table? You must be able to see it in both places. If you can see it in the target schema, follow the directions above. If you can see it in the target schema and not in the OWB schema, make sure there is a database link in OWB --> target (also synonyms are good).

Always deploy the mapping into the target schema.
