Is it possible to modify the Program Title and enventually its Version?

Greetins:
Every program when launching has it own Program Name and eventually its Version on the top of the screen such as (Adobe Acrobat, PaintShop Pro, AutoCAD 2002 etc. as shown by the link below) Is it Possible to change or modify it to something else such as MSWord, PSPro, Acad2K2 etc? If so, how?
