oracle forms/report, should i learn it?

[Quoted] being an access developer for quite a while, i feel it easier for me to learn oracle forms and report,
but not sure about the continuity of these products in the near future, because seems like oracle favors java more than forms, e.g. there's java [Quoted] edition of oracle application server, but not for forms/ report service (AFAIK, we need to install full 3+ GB to use forms/report service).
