set button icon name in Forms

Hi,
Oracle Forms can set item instance property like font size and color for a text item. However, I cannot find a way to set a button icon file name at item instance level. Specifically, I want to set the ICON name of a button in a multi-record block based a record's value, for example, one button in a record has open file icon, another with close file icon. Can anyone give me some help here?
