Oracle RALLY users?

Are there still RALLY users around here, VMS or Windows users? The product comes to EOL end of this year.
"Product Obsolescence / Desupport Information:
Oracle Corporation has announced the end of Error Correction Support for Oracle Rally on the following platform(s): ALL Platforms, effective 31-DEC-2003.
Oracle Corporation recommends customers upgrade/migrate to the following as soon as possible to maintain the highest level of support: As there is no direct upgrade path to Oracle Rally users, Oracle is providing extended notice and recommends customers migrate to the modern set of Oracle Development Tools. This will allow customers to take advantage of Oracle's Internet computing capabilities and the Interoperability of Oracle Rdb with the broad range of Oracle technology offerings.
EAS will be provided until 31-DEC-2006, if the customer has a current support contract in place.
- Customers with a current support contract may also view the current desupport notice via Oracle MetaLink at http://metalink.oracle.com, under "Product LifeCycle" --> "Desupport Notices".
