problem with web deployment of forms 6i

i am running a oracle forms and reports application with oracle 8i as the database on my win 2000 professional PC. since i wanted to put the application on the intranet, i installed forms server from the oracle forms and reports 6i(for windows 95/98/NT) CD.
everything got installed properly including webDB listener and oracle jinitiator.
i followed the built in manuals for installing forms server. i chose typical for installtion.
i did't face any propblem during installation. after the installation is over, a shortcut to run a standard test form was created for you in the Forms Server program group. But when i try to run this test form by clicking Run Form button, it is giving page can not be displayed error. oracle webDb listener service is also started. what may be the problem and give solution?
